1. Call-out & Diagnostic Fees

Plumbing call-outs in the Tavira region start at €39, which covers initial diagnostic and assessment. Emergency and same-day call-outs are subject to slot availability.

2. Quotes and Parts

All repair work, unblocking, leak fixes, and water heater servicing receive a fixed written estimate before work begins. Replacement parts are charged transparently as outlined in the accepted quote.

3. Guarantees and Invoicing

Every plumbing job culminates in an official Portuguese fatura with NIF upon request. Workmanship guarantees apply to replaced fittings and repairs as stipulated on the job sheet.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe and clear access to main water shut-off valves, water meters, and affected plumbing fixtures at the scheduled service time.
